As much as I hate to admit this, many things have hindered me in the past from sharing the Gospel with those around me. The fear of being rejected by others caused me to hesitate and walk away on many occasions. The feeling that I was inadequate and was not equipped for such an important task caused me to sink under the weight of my insecurities. Â The belief that this task was better suited for someone more experienced often clouded my judgment. I was overwhelmed with the worry that I would use the wrong words or say the wrong things and because of this, more often than not I just closed my mouth. The million possible outcomes swirled through my brain, none of which were positive.
What if they walked away before I ever finished?
What if they rejected the truth that had brought such Joy to my life?
What if I was a disappointment to the One who saved my soul?
Has this ever been your experience? If so, what are the things that have hindered you from sharing Jesus with others in the past?

I stick with the same structure with the majority of my posts. I always conclude at the end how my post relates to God/Christ/the Bible and include one scripture that spoke to me for that particular post.
My audience is not necessarily the devout Christian but the person struggling with their faith or a cultural Christian.
I don’t worry but keep it simple for my followers.
I love that you said you keep it simple. While the Gospel message is lifechanging for here and for all of eternity ...it's still simple, clear and concise. I love how Paul explains in 1 Corinthians that we don't have to use big words or fancy speech. We don't have to have every single answer to all of life's questions. We simply stick to sharing the Gospel and allow the Holy Spirit to do the rest.
